Limited Warranty

Bye-Rite Trailer and Fabrication Inc. warrants that each trailer operated by the original purchaser under normal use in the continental United States or Canada will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year following the original purchase, subject to the requirements, exclusions and limitations stated below. The obligation of this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing any part or parts, which in the opinion of the manufacturer are defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and service during the warranty period commencing with the date of the first retail purchase.

YOU MUST SEND US / RECORD YOUR PURCHASE

In order to validate this Limited Warranty, you must document your purchase. A registration card is attached to VIN# provided with each trailer. Complete the registration card and mail it to Bye-Rite Trailer and Fabrication Inc. 24575 US Hwy 90, Robertsdale, AL 36567, no later than ten (10) days following the purchase of your Bye-Rite Trailer. Failure to complete and return this warranty registration within the above period will automatically void the warranty.

EXCLUSIONS

Exclusions to the 1-year warranty are as follows: axles, hubs, bearings, brake drums magnets, brake shoes, brake away box, lights, tires, any wearable part. These items are under warranty for a period of 30 days.

CONSUMER INFORMATION

All warrantied parts and labor must be performed by Bye-Rite Trailer and Fabrication Inc. Any work performed outside of Bye-Rite will void 1-year warranty. It is the responsibility of the customer to operate the trailer in a safe manner and perform regular service and maintenance. Do no overload your trailer.
